Lauren Sanchez has become recognized for her dramatically altered appearance and frequently faces backlash for appearing "stretched out."

Yet the former journalist hasn't always presented this look. Lauren, who is married to Amazon founder and billionaire Jeff Bezos, previously displayed a more traditional, unenhanced appearance with softer features, smaller eyes, and a broader smile during the late 1990s and early 2000s.

However in recent years, particularly since beginning her romance with Jeff, she's adopted an extremely contoured, taut aesthetic that online commentators have informally labeled the "Mar-a-Lago face," referencing the appearance favored by numerous prominent MAGA women. It comes as Lauren is said to be is eyeing Melania Trump's White House role in a wild new vision.

Although Lauren has never publicly acknowledged undergoing any cosmetic procedures, medical professionals have suggested that the 56-year-old's exceptionally smooth, tightened skin around her jawline, taut facial structure, and the characteristic look of attached earlobes are typical indicators of a deep-plane or extended SMAS facelift.

Additionally, speculation has emerged regarding whether Lauren has undergone a rhinoplasty; in recent photographs, she displays a noticeably narrower nasal bridge and a more delicate, slimmer nasal tip. Lauren may have also undergone a blepharoplasty, which involves surgical work on the eyelids, reports the Irish Star.

Additionally, observers have noted her cheeks and lips, which look fuller than in her younger years, suggesting possible fillers. Some experts have even questioned whether she's received cheek implants.

Looking beyond facial procedures, medical professionals suggest her enhanced décolletage indicates breast augmentation paired with a lift. Aside from skin and body treatments, Lauren favors thicker hair, possibly achieved through extensions or hairpieces.

Lauren's comprehensive transformation is estimated to have cost between $110,000 and $390,000, with her suspected facelift potentially accounting for over half of that figure.

Non-surgical treatments could have run the star $15,000 to $30,000 annually, while additional expenses, including private surgical facility fees and nursing care, are estimated between $25,000 and $70,000.

Given Lauren's continuously evolving appearance, the Irish Star turned to Microsoft's Copilot to envision what the former journalist might look like today without any cosmetic interventions.

In Copilot's AI-generated rendering, Lauren's face looks more slender, without visible fillers or implants. Her eyes also stand out more prominently due to less accentuated cheeks.

Furthermore, Lauren appears to sport fine lines across her forehead, cheeks, and neck - a striking contrast to her typically polished socialite appearance. Her lips also look considerably more understated, as does her figure and hair, combining to create a remarkably natural, yet undeniably attractive look.

Lauren and Jeff's story began in 2016, when her then-husband, Hollywood talent agent Patrick Whitesell, introduced the pair at an Apple release party for the film Manchester by the Sea.

Separately, Lauren found herself at the center of controversy after being criticized for donning what many described as an 'inappropriate' and 'vulgar' dress to a state dinner at the White House.
