Bhad Bhabie is sharing an unfortunate health update.
Amid her ongoing cancer treatments, the 22-year-old rapper and Dr. Phil alum said in a Feb. 28 X post that she received "bad news from my doctor yesterday."
Bhabie, whose real name is Danielle Bregoli, added, "God has the last say so not my cancer💜."
She did not reveal any further details.

Bhabie revealed her cancer diagnosis in November 2024, when she responded to online criticism of her appearance and said her weight loss at the time was due to “cancer medication.”
“I’m sorry my cancer medication made me loose [sic] weight,” she wrote in a post shared on her Instagram Stories at the time.
“Im slowly gaining it back. So stop running w the worst narratives," Bhabie added.
Since then, the rapper revealed that she got a nose job to “remove the bump” in her nose amid her cancer treatment.

"Day 6! Nose jobs are not for the weak," she wrote on her Instagram Stories alongside before-and-after photos, highlighting the post-surgery bruising around her eyes.
Bhabie then addressed the backlash she received for undergoing the cosmetic procedure.
"I don't know who told y’all you can’t get surgery when you have cancer," she wrote. "I was cleared by my dr mind the business that pays you."

"Lying about plastic surgery is a problem and clearly so is telling the truth about having it. I choose to b open with y’all about what I have done and mfs still make s--- a problem. Y’all are crazy,” she continued. "Y’all mfs so worried about me and y'all don't even know what kind of cancer I have! It’s not breast cancer that is a rumor."

Months before she shared her cancer diagnosis, Bhabie became a mom.
She welcomed her first baby, a daughter named Kali Love, with boyfriend Le Vaughn in March 2024.
