Below Deck chef Ben Robinson's former fiancée Kiara Cabral is speaking out following allegations that she was unfaithful during their four-year relationship, after he proposed in 2023.

"Everything Ben has said about me on the show is 100% false," she said in a Feb. 20 TikTok video, which is the first time she's spoken on the situation publicly. "I have never and I would never be romantically involved with any of his friends. That's not the kind of person I am."

Cabral claimed that she was the one to end the relationship "because of the way [Robinson] was treating her," and Robinson's alleged "narcissism."

"There was a lot of trauma I had to deal with from that relationship and honestly, I just want it to be over," she said. Though she's since "healed" from, their breakup and hopes Robinson has too, his comments in recently aired episodes of Below Deck are "opening up a lot of scars."

"I know the show that is airing now was probably filmed a while ago," she said. "But now that it's airing and I'm being demonized, it is really hard on me... I just really want to be in peace."

As to why she decided to speak out now, nearly two years after their split, despite "talking about her feels on camera" not coming "easily" to her? "I am sick [of] feeling like I don’t have a voice when it comes to my own life, and now I would really like to just move on," she wrote in the caption of the video, adding that the renewed attention has caused an "immense amount of anxiety."

Though Robinson kept the reasons for their split quiet when he announced the breakup on Instagram in September 2024, he opened up more in February 2026 episodes of Below Deck Down Under.

“Fairly recently, I broke up with my fiancée, having spent $50,000 on a wedding I didn’t attend,” he said in the season 4 premiere. In episode 3 he added, “I was meant to get married last year. And I caught her—she had been seeing one of my friends for a very long time."

In the Feb. 16 episode, he brought it up again after a game of "Shag, Marry, Kill" gone awry. "I just—I’m more sensitive because everyone’s just f—king let me down, that’s why,” he said emotionally. “I lack faith in humanity. That’s it—yeah. F—k.”
