She stepped out in a vintage COMME des GARÇONS design that was anything but an ordinary cover-up.

According to a post shared by Fashion Bomb Daily, Rihanna wore a gray piece from the brand’s Spring/Summer 1984 collection. The decades-old design featured dramatically draped fabric, an asymmetrical neckline, and enormous cutouts that exposed a lot of her sides.

Those openings gave Rihanna plenty of opportunity to flaunt her curves. The fabric swept loosely around her body while large sections at the hips and thighs were completely open, revealing the black bikini she had layered underneath. The bikini itself occasionally peeked out at the neckline, too, with its delicate gold chain straps visible beneath the slouchy gray fabric. Rihanna wore the piece pulled down over one shoulder, adding to the undone feel of the ensemble.

From certain angles, the vintage creation looked almost like an oversized, deconstructed T-shirt dress. Gathered sections wrapped around her thighs while the giant side openings offered flashes of her skin. The daring cutouts were especially noticeable as Rihanna climbed onto the bus.

Rihanna balanced the piece with relatively casual styling. She wore her dark hair in glossy curls and accessorized with gold jewelry, including a sleek choker and longer chain.
