Queen Camilla has an incredible tiara collection.
That should come as no surprise, but still, it's hard to look away when the royal wears one of her intricate diadems for formal occasions.
Camilla became an official part of the royal family when she and the future King Charleswed in April 2005. She didn't wear a tiara for her nuptials; instead, she donned a diadem for the first time as a royal later that year. In October 2005, when she and King Charles hosted the Norwegian royal family for a state banquet, Camilla opted to wear the late Queen Elizabeth's Delhi Durbar Tiara.
In the more than 20 years since her wedding, Camilla has worn a tiara on many occasions. Her go-to is the Grenville Tiara, which isn't an official part of the crown jewels but was inherited by Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother from Dame Margaret Greville, per The Court Jeweller. Camilla has also been spotted wearing more of Queen Elizabeth's diadems, such as the Belgian Sapphire Tiara and the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara, and even wore the one sported by Princess Eugenie at her October 2018 nuptials.
Look back at some of the most gorgeous tiaras the Queen Consort has worn over the years, including some of her diadem debuts.

Six months after she married the future King Charles, Camilla had her first major tiara moment at a banquet at Buckingham Palace, held in honor of the Norwegian royal family's visit.
There, she sparkled in the swirling Delhi Durbar Tiara, borrowed from the late monarch — only the third time the piece had been seen in public, and the only time Camilla has worn it to date.

In a favorite combination, Camilla paired the Greville Tiara with a four-strand pearl choker for the Diplomatic Corps reception at Buckingham Palace. The annual event is traditionally the palace's largest, welcoming over 1,000 guests, including ambassadors, high commissioners and government officials.
The headpiece, also known as the Boucheron Honeycomb Tiara, has been worn by Camilla numerous times. The sparkler came from the estate of society hostess Dame Greville and was inherited by the Queen after her mother's death in March 2002.

Another piece Camilla has worn on multiple occasions is the Belgian Sapphire Tiara. The special piece was the first tiara she wore as Queen Consort following her husband King Charles's accession in September 2022.
Camilla slipped on the stunning accessory, which previously belonged to her mother-in-law, for the first state visit of the new reign, welcoming President Cyril Ramaphosa of South Africa to the U.K. She wore the sapphire sparkler's coordinating necklace for that first spin, but without the center pendant gem.
Just two weeks later, the royal wore the same tiara at a reception for the Diplomatic Corps at Buckingham Palace. She once again paired the headpiece with its coordinating necklace and bracelet, a set straight from the Queen's jewelry box.

Camilla debuted the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara for a visit to the Mansion House in London in 2023. The occasion marked the first time she donned one of the Queen's go-to sparklers, which the late monarch wore numerous times during her reign, including in depictions of her on some British and Commonwealth banknotes and coins and in her first official royal portrait in 1952.
According to the Court Jeweller, the tiara was a wedding present from the "Girls of Great Britain and Ireland" to the Duchess of York, later Queen Mary, in 1893. Created by Garrard, the original was actually altered at Mary's request — she asked for diamonds to replace the baroque pearls and for the bandeau to be separated from the base.

Queen Camilla debuted the Burmese Ruby Tiara at a state banquet at Buckingham Palace, held in honor of the President of the Republic of Korea, Yoon Suk Yeo, and Kim Keon Hee's state visit to the U.K. She opted to match the stunning headpiece in a full-length, long-sleeve scarlet dress and the Queen's ruby and diamond necklace and earrings from her private collection.
Per Court Jeweller, the tiara was made by jeweler Garrard in 1973, constructed from diamonds and rubies that the late monarch received as wedding presents. The rubies came from the people of Burma, while the diamonds came from the deconstructed Nizam of Hyderabad Tiara.
Earlier that same month, Camilla also debuted the historic Diamond Diadem, which was made for the 1820 coronation of King George IV, at the State Opening of Parliament.

After skipping a tiara for the 2023 banquet with French President Emmanuel Macron in France, Camilla opted for the Belgian Sapphire Tiara when he and his wife Brigitte Macron visited Windsor Castle on a state visit in July 2025.
The royal paired the sapphire and diamond diadem with an ivory silk and crepe embroidered evening gown by Fiona Clare, as well as a necklace, earrings and bracelet from the late monarch's sapphire suite. (She wore the jewelry in France two years before.) Camilla also sported her Legion d'Honneur French sash, Garter Star and Charles' family order.

Queen Camilla surprised royal watchers when she unexpectedly stepped out at a reception for members of the Diplomatic Corps at Windsor Castle in 2025 in the same tiara that Princess Eugenie wore for her 2018 wedding.
Known as the Greville Emerald Kokoshnik Tiara, the piece was made by Boucheron for Dame Greville in 1919 in the fashionable "kokoshnik" style popularized in the Russian Imperial Court. Eugenie had borrowed it from her late grandmother, the Queen, for her big day.
Camilla also turned heads at the Diplomatic Corps reception in 2024, when she made her debut in the rarely-worn Aquamarine Ribbon Tiara. Once worn by the late monarch during a 1970 royal tour of Canada, that piece features five emerald-cut aquamarine gems set in a ribbon-like diamond setting.
