In the two images, generated by Microsoft's Copilot and OpenAI's ChatGPT, Guilfoyle appears with a more organic look. Natural aging lines are visible around her eyes, cheeks, and forehead.

She also appears with a more slender facial structure, a stark contrast to the fuller cheeks and lips she currently displays. Additionally, her hair falls just past her collarbones without extensions, contributing to the natural aesthetic.
Lastly, her makeup is significantly more understated than her current signature style, and rather than the dark smoky eyes and full-coverage foundation she now favors, Guilfoyle is shown with subtle eyeshadow, peachy cheeks, and a natural lip color.
Yet, despite widespread speculation about her MAGA WAG transformation, Guilfoyle has never acknowledged undergoing cosmetic surgery, remaining entirely silent on the subject.
