Donald Trump has been spotted sporting another mysterious bulge on his backside, sparking wild speculation that he could be hiding some sort of "contraption" as health fears mount.
In a video initially shared on X by outgoing White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, the 80-year-old president could be seen walking down a few steps as he left the stage of an event on Long Island on Friday.
As he turned and walked to greet the crowd, the camera captured a view of Trump from behind, showing the backside of his suit visibly bulging as he walked. "Seriously, what is going on with Trump’s rear end here? It looks like he has some sort of contraption back there," independent journalist Aaron Rupar noted as he shared the clip.

The footage, which has been viewed more than 6million times, has sparked an array of theories, including reigniting long-running rumors of Trump wearing a diaper.
"Adult diaper, I suppose," one X user commented. "It's called a diaper. Extra large diapers," a second said. But other theories ranged from hidden heart failure equipment, to a pain management device, a catheter or even an exoskeleton walking aid.
"I'm pretty sure Trump's wearing an LVAD for Heart Failure," one X user commented as they shared a screenshot of a Google search that showed a picture of a left ventricular assist device, a mechanical device that’s used to pump blood around the body when the heart is too weak to pump blood on its own.
The image featured text that read, "Patients with a Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) carry their external equipment around the waist and hips using specialized holsters, belts, and harnesses. This setup distributes the weight of the heavy equipment while keeping the system secure during movement."

"I think it’s a TENS device. An electronic pain management device. Given his bulk and his gate and the effort it takes for him to move his legs he might have a TENS device," a second suggested.

"Well, when my dad had a catheter the bag was attached to his leg so it was well covered by the floppy bit of his trouser leg. Could it be something like that though (only they haven't hidden it well)?" a third noted.
"It is some sort of medical device. He is either wearing a Foley catheter leg bag or a cardiac device. Both should be worn on the front however narcissistic Donnie decides to shove it under his coat in the back," a fourth agreed.
"It's probably something like this. A battery-powered exoskeleton walking device. We know he has trouble with his legs/hips," another suggested as they shared an image of the alleged device.
"It’s a walking assistance device," someone else agreed. "Portable wearable dialysis machine?" one questioned.
Others suggested that the president may merely be wearing some type of protection causing the bulge. "Maybe it's body armor so he doesn't get shot in the a--? one wrote.
"It’s probably body armor for his safety," a second noted. Some offered a far simpler explanation.
"It's just a regular big butt!" one declared. "That's just his yuuuuge a--," a second said.
"It's called a dump truck a--," a third commented. "Baby’s got back," another wrote. Concerns surrounding the president's health have mounted in recent months, but Trump and his team continue to insist he is in "excellent" health.
