The historic 1830s flat includes four bedrooms, luxury appliances, and views of Place de l'Estrapade

The show's next season will film in Greece and Monaco, expanding its iconic European locations

If you've spent the last five seasons dreaming of a life filled with pain au chocolat and breathtaking views of the City of Light just like Emily Cooper in Netflix's Emily in Paris, now's your chance!

A gorgeous 1,970 sq. ft., third-floor flat located on Paris' iconic Place de l'Estrapade has hit the market for €3.5 million ($4,017,860). Inside a building made famous by the hit romantic comedy, the recent listing combines generous proportions with historic charm.

Just like Cooper's home, this four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers direct views of the bustling courtyard below. But luckily for future residents, there's no overlooking neighbors.

Inside, “the expansive double reception room features impressive ceiling height, a fireplace and large windows opening directly onto the square,” the listing, represented by Junot Forbes Global Properties, says. “The abundant natural light enhances the apartment's original character, including exposed stone walls and parquet flooring.”

In the corner of the unit, the eat-in kitchen is equipped with luxury Gaggenau appliances. The sleeping quarters include a first bedroom with a courtyard overlook and built-in storage. The second bedroom faces the street and has a dressing area, a bathroom with a window and a separate powder room.

But the real draw is the magnificent primary suite, complete with its own dressing room, a corner bedroom with large windows and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub and toilet.

The building itself was built in the 1830s, according to Forbes. Its location offers residents easy access to famous Parisian landmarks like La Sorbonne, Jardin du Luxembourg, the Panthéon, Place Saint-Michel, Shakespeare and Company and more.

Unfortunately, those looking for Gabriel, Cooper's love interest played by Lucas Bravo, won't find him at his fictional Les Deux Compères restaurant. Instead, they can frequent the real-life Terra Nera Italian bistrowhich is located right around the corner on Rue des Fossés Saint-Jacques (in real life, the restaurant dons the same iconic red awning).

The apartment of Emily Cooper, who is played by Lily Collins, has been featured in every season of the show thus far. However, every new installment takes the cast to impressive filming locations scattered across Europe.

“We ended filming in Venice, so just to be able to explore or be in a new environment completely was just really once in a lifetime,” Ashley Park, who plays Mindy Chen, told PEOPLE of season 5 in October.

The next installment is slated to begin filming in May, Netflix previously confirmed to PEOPLE. The world of Emily in Paris is going to expand with set locations in Greece and Monaco.

Show creator Darren Star previously told Entertainment Tonight in August 2024 that he'd like the show to continue “as long as they'll have us, and as long as our audience is with us.”

He added at the time: “I think the world just keeps broadening and becoming deeper as every season continues.”
